Baby Emma

Capturing this session was unlike any newborn session I had ever done before, and I am so happy with why that is! Anna & Justin invited Emma's grandparents to join the session and capturing them holding her was once of the sweetest moments I have ever witnessed. They were over joyed and the way they spoke to her just melted my heart, the grandpa even recited Shakespeare! I'll definitely always encourgae grandparents to join the session from now on, as these photos are definitely ones that this family will be able to cherish for years to come!

Two Months Old

Capturing Nate's two month session was such a cute way to spend the weekend! I loved all of the details that Karen had focussed on throughout the nursery, it was absolutely perfect in every way. Right when you open the door to the nursery you notice the most perfect pendant lamp and then every detail throughout the room is pulled together by the adorable basket of toys from Indigo. I absolutely loved the gender neutral styling that she pulled together and the fact that Nate will have the perfect room to grow into!

Little George & A Big Question

I absolutely love this family and was beyond happy to go for a visit as quickly as we could once George was born a little early. This family means the world to me because when I first moved to the city I rented the basement apartment of their home and over the years that I lived that we grew so close. I watched them go through so many milestones together and have always looked up to them as role models. I was so honoured when, in the middle of our session, they asked me to be George's god mother! I cried happy tears and just felt so honoured and blown away.

Where The Wild Things Are

This newborn session was truly unique. When Lindsay and Sunil first contacted me she said she had a theme in mind centered around her favourite story book Where The Wild Things Are. Not only was the nursery themed around this iconic story book, but their son was also named after the main character. Max's nursery was so special with every little detail accounted for.

During one of the coldest week in October, we cozied up in the nursery to capture these little moments before heading out to the Scarborough Bluffs for a few photos beside the lake. I love how the whole theme came to life and am so excited to see the adventures that Max goes on as he grows up!

The Best is Yet to Come

When we arrived to capture baby Quinn's newborn session, we immediately fell in love with the decor of the nursery and how excited her parent's were about their new baby. The natural and effortless love they had for one another was so apparent during the session and made capturing them so much fun! Our favourite piece of decor was this banner on the wall that read "The best is yet to come.", it was so true for this new family as this is just the beginning of their lives together.

Just when we thought this session couldn't get any cuter, their adorable dog stole the show for a couple of the shots! It was like photographing a model dog for a pet ad, we were in heaven!
